PEI International Graduate Stream
What is this program?
The PEI International Graduates stream is for foreign students who graduated from a publicly-funded PEI post-secondary institution and have a full-time PEI job offer plus a valid post-graduation work permit. TEER 0-3 offers can use employer language attestation; TEER 4-5 offers require a formal CLB 4+ language test. The Office of Immigration may interview applicants as part of the assessment.

What does it lead to?
Provincial nomination from PEI tied to your PEI employer; separate federal PR application follows. The PEI graduate pipeline is the most direct PNP route for international students who studied in PEI.
Primary requirements
- Graduated from a publicly-funded PEI post-secondary institution.
- Full-time non-seasonal job offer from a PEI employer.
- Valid post-graduation work permit and legal status in Canada.
- Age 18–59.
- TEER 0–3 offers: employer language attestation acceptable.
- TEER 4–5 offers: CLB/NCLC 4+ formal language test required.
- Available to attend an Office of Immigration interview if requested.
- Sufficient settlement funds.
- Genuine intent to settle in PEI.
