Canadian immigration for secondary school teachers
NOC 41220 covers secondary school teachers, usually Grades 9-12. It is TEER 1 and can fit Express Entry and some PNPs. Teaching is regulated, so you usually need provincial certification before teaching in a public school.

Atlantic Immigration Program
Atlantic Canada has chronic teacher shortages, particularly in rural areas of NS, NB, and NL. AIP requires a designated-employer job offer.

Provincial certification (mandatory)

STEM and French Immersion teachers are recruited more actively than humanities specialists. If you teach math, sciences, computing, or French — flag it on every application.
ECA + practicum
