What is this program?

The PEI Express Entry stream nominates federal Express Entry candidates with a PEI job offer in a TEER 0-3 occupation. Provincial nomination adds the standard +600 CRS to your federal EE profile. PGWP holders from non-PEI institutions and spousal Open Work Permit holders from non-PEI study permits both need 9 months of continuous PEI work experience to qualify.

Who is it for?

  • You have an active federal Express Entry profile
  • You have a permanent TEER 0–3 PEI job offer
  • You have 2+ years of full-time work experience in the past 5 years
  • You have a post-secondary degree (2-year minimum)
  • If on a PGWP from a non-PEI institution: you've worked 9+ months in PEI
